Following the decision taken at the 119th Management Board meeting, the 2020 PostEurop Plenary Assembly will be held as a virtual meeting on 8 October 2020. In this context, the Management Board Plenary Committee and Headquarters Team are committed to making this event a valuable and memorable experience for all participants. Therefore, the event preparation has been adapted and is underway.
We are delighted to present to you the first draft agenda attached which combines statutory issues, business keynotes and announcements of the 2020 Innovation, CSR Coups de Coeur and EUROPA Stamps awards.
We would also like to highlight an important step with regards to the statutory documents. To adapt to the virtual plenary, the detailed statutory documents will be distributed 10 working days prior to the virtual Plenary. This will give Members the opportunity to review them, take note and endorse the proposals online, ahead of time. This step will help ensure that the statutory issues are handled efficiently and swiftly. Hence, we count on your cooperation.
