Close-to-home open locker network

Omniva has been committed to the development of parcel locker-based services for more than 10 years. We have established a network of 1,236 parcel locker locations with more than 160,000 compartments across the Baltic region.

This has been achieved with a clear focus on in-house software and hardware development, allowing us to keep up with rapidly evolving customer needs.
Currently, more than 90% of customers in the Baltics prefer parcel lockers over alternative methods of delivery. However, since lockers are mostly in urban environments, many customers still rely on home delivery as a primary service.

Our latest innovation seeks to bridge the gap between parcel lockers and home delivery by providing a close-to-home open carrier locker network. The network consists of personal parcel boxes aimed at the single household and of community lockers for multiuse.

Omniva has effectively launched an open carrier close-to-home subscription-based parcel machine network.
The network efficiently combines service models of postal delivery routes, allowing postal workers to easily plan service time to fit into their postal routes.
