Romanian Post helps institutionalized children

Romanian Post has signed a partnership with the National Authority for the Protection of Children’s Rights and Adoption, together with the County Directorates for Child Protection from all over the country.
After centralising the total number of institutionalised children in the target age group in each county, meetings were organised with them. Their purpose was to introduce the participants to what it means to be an employee of the Romanian Post Office, an institution with a long-standing tradition.

Among the benefits of this project, the rejuvenation and strengthening of the workforce within our company, which also brings an easier, faster adaptability to the ways of working, to the pace of modernization of the company. It is no small thing to preserve the prestige and preserve one of the fundamental roles of the Romanian Post, that of being an institution that is constantly and concretely involved in social actions. It is part of our company’s identity, its strategic role. We offer young people the opportunity to start life on their own, in a direct way and with a sense of security, from where they can build their future.
